I updated and Synced my inspire 3 to my iPhone mid August and the time has been wrong since. I have reset the watch three times, disconnected it from my iPhone and reconnected it twice and it has made no difference. The app is not recording my steps or anything other than calories burned. I am unable to change time zone as it resets to my location each time I have tried. All other suggestions welcome.

Hi there, @bridd. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not showing the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the above in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
If the syncing issue persists after trying the above, please make sure to follow all troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
