Inspire 3 won't show up on my phone's Bluetooth settings

My fitbit Luxe has all of the sudden stopped showing up in my bluetooth. On the Fitbit app, it shows that it has synced with a phone, but it shows inaccurate and incomplete data and is definitely not synced with my phone. I have tried the following...

-Restarting my fitbit, restarting my phone, re-downloading the fitbit app, deleting my other bluetooth connected devices, and charging my fitbit.

But yet, it will still not appear in my bluetooth.

Update: Correction: it is a Fitbit inspire 3.

Hi there, @cammcdonald13Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not showing up on your phone's Bluetooth settings. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Inspire 3. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

With the above being said, please proceed with the steps below in the order listed:

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
  2. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that How do I set up my Fit-bit device?

I've moved your post to the Inspire 3 board for organization purposes.
