Hi , I've just received a new Inspire 3 to replace my old Fitbit. I've done all the set up, pairing, syncing etc, and it vibrates, but only shows the clock face, it will not respond to swiping. I've tried restarting (3 times now), changing the clock face, updating, but I still can't get it to respond to swiping in any direction. Do I need to return it? Thanks

Please ensure secure connection to the charging cable and that the cable is plugged into a working USB port (computer or UL-certified wall charger).

Hi there,
It is fully charged, and I receive notifications etc. It seems to be functioning, apart from the fact that it doesn't respond to swiping. It just stays on the clock face. I have searched my query and have tried everything suggested on the Forums. It does not respond to swiping or tapping on notifications. Please advise what else I can try. Thanks.
