Inspire 3 won't sync and time is wrong

My Inspire 3 show a time consistently 15 minutes late.  I have deleted and updated the app, disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth, restarted the Inspire numerous times.  I cannot fix the time, and although my phone shows the inspire as an available device,  it won't sync.  how do I fix this?

You say your phone shows it as an available device, is it connected? Also are you leaving the app open so it can sync? My takes a few minutes to sync. Are your steps updated in app to match device?

Yes. Yes. Yes.  I finally solved the problem by deleting my account and creating a new one as a different user.
