Inspire 3 won't sync anymore

Probably after the latest update my Inspire 3 is not working anymore. 

At first the notifications were not going through, then I couldn't sync it. 

I tried restarting the devices, turning the Bluetooth off and on. I tried to reconnect my phone and Inspire but it doesn't work as well.

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not syncing anymore. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.
