My Inspire 3 has not been syncing for 62 days. Yesterday I had some time to tackle this prob and read all the related topics in this community. The only thing that worked was the factory reset. Alas, it only worked once. Again, this morning, no syncing. I reset both the smartphone and the device to no avail.
To me, this is the last attempt. I would have liked to keep wearing the Inspire 3 since it's such an unobtrusive device, but now I am definitely going to change, maybe to another brand.

Hi there, @Mccoy_Mccoy. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not syncing anymore. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi Marre and thanks for the answer, I've tried most of those steps but then lost patience after a couple of days. Put my Inspire 3 back in its box to rest.
I then switched to another, more expensive device, a larger Huawei watch, with a different concept, not just a fitness tracking device. I can say that I'm missing some features of the Fitbit app, and sleep tracking sure appears to be more accurate and sensitive in the Fitbit app. The Huawei app is free, though.
