Inspire 3 won’t sync or pair to iphone

Good morning. I have read through and tried all the tips in this forum as well as in google searches. I even  tried deleting my Fitbit inspire 3 from my Bluetooth, my Fitbit account, and even did a factory reset as well. I then attempted to add the Fitbit as a new device. It gets as far as the “now add code shown on your Fitbit” part but a code never appears. I then take all the same steps I’ve done before in trying to get it to pair/sync but nothing works. The inspire 3 is running 63.20001.194.61 and my iPhone 13 is running iOS 16.6 they are both charged to 100%. The fitbit was purchased and first activated on 12/26/22.  2 other family members are also having issues syncing their inspire 3s with their own iPhones and accounts.
