+++ NOTE : I had a Charge 2 which had exactly the same syncing problem as that which I have described below. I thought it had something to do with the fact the Charge 2 is an old device but I am experiencing exactly the same problem with my newly purchased Inspire 3 +++
I recently changed from a iPhone 12 to an Andriod phone and I am unable to connect my Inspire 3 through the Fitbit set up process. My phone is a Honor x6b running Android 14
a) I enter the 4 digit code into my phone from the Inspire 3 , agree to the terms and press "Continue"
b) I get a green horizontal bar with a message saying "Searching for your Inspire 3..."
c) The tracker is never found
The phone is placed directly next to the tracker when I am attempting the set up.
All my other Bluetooth devices connect to the phone with no problem.
I restarted my phone several times and have also turned Bluetooth on and off multiple times but nothing appears to work
I have been using Fitbit trackers and storing data in the app for many years. It is very frustrating to suddenly be unable to record anything.
I am inclined to forget about Fitbit and just get an Apple watch specifically for the purposes of sleep and step tracking but having just forked out on the Inspire 3 I am naturally loathed to do so.
Any thoughts would be most welcome
Thanks in advance

Take into consideration what @Gr4ndp4 mentioned about your phone's model and its compatibility outside the Chinese market.

Hi, @Byron001 , welcome to the community. Do you know if your Honor x6B is Google compatible? Check to see if you have Google Mobile Services (GSM) preinstalled.
Some Honor phones on the market are rumoured to be for the Chinese market only.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers
