My Inspire 3 was connected to a phone that I lost. I got a new phone, and it will not sync with it. It will come up with the pairing code, but once I enter it, it will not sync. I wonder if it is because my Fitbit is still synced with my old phone.
Things I have tried so far
-Restarting my fitbit (does this de-sync it from my old phone?)
-Redownloading the app/logging out of the app
-Disconnecting my phone from the app
-Disconnecting all Bluetooth devices from my phone
-Restarting my new phone
