Inspire 3 won't sync

We have an Inspire 3, we can’t get it to sync

Does anyone have any tricks?

Hi, @Korah2014, welcome to the community, you may find these articles of interest How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If you are following the advice here and have not been able to provoke a "sync" check your Inspire 3 is paired with your phone app, from the today screen touch your icon in the top left corner and check the Inspire 3 tile is present, if you touch the tile you will see the sync now icon.

Still not making progress, check you have your phone updated (you do not mention the make & model but Samsungs have recently been updated to deal with this issue as has the Fitbit app)
