  • This is incredibly annoying as this is the reason I bought a Fitbit.
  • I have an iPhone,  I’ve already tried restarting and re-establishing the connection. I’m losing my mind a bit as this is why I got a Fitbit. 

  • please can someone give me a step by step tutorial on how to fix this?

I have the same problem - it was working then stopped on Aug 2nd. Have tried all the suggested fixes and none work.
