Not sure why but my device has never tracked a floor. I don’t think this is a setting issue. Any help?

Hi @Duffanon the Inspire 3 can't recognize altitude as it was never made with an altimeter in it. It simply can't track flights of stairs.

Hi there, @Duffanon. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. We'll be glad to answer your inquiry.
As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, floors aren’t tracked on, Inspire 3, Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without a floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. For more information about your Fitbit Inspire 3, see Fitbit Inspire 3 User Manual.
