Inspire 3 won't track my calories accurately while swimming

I swam for 30 minutes, (957 yards) or approximately 20 laps.  Calories only show 33, comments?

Hi there, @Norsota. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not tracking your calories burned accurately. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
