Hello, I used to show floors done with my old Fitbit one. But a week of inspire 3 and I haven’t done a single floor. I live in a house and I’ve done hillls. What do I need to do to make it work?

Inspire 3 does not measure floors climbed.  I don't think any of the Inspire family do.  It does not have the required hardware altimeter so it would not be possible to add even via firmware update.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
