Hello, I recently switched from a One to an inspire 3. I am seeing that it is only giving me credit for the daily base calories and not giving me credit for the floors at all. I wear the device on my hip. Does that make a difference? My One would count floors and calories while I wore it on my waist. Other than that, I'm enjoying the device. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you

Hi there, @rockman6797. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from as your Fitbit One did track your floors. We're here to help you!
As @LZeeW has mentioned, please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Inspire 3, Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without a floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices do. For more information about your Fitbit Inspire 3, you can click this link: Fitbit User Manuals.
Regarding your calories, your Inspire 3 should track them as your Fitbit One used to. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?

Hello @rockman6797 and welcome to the Community. The Inspire 3 doesn't have an altimeter. The altimeter is the hardware that counts floors. Can you give some more details about your calorie issue? If you have your Inspire 3 set to On Body, it should report calories just like your One did.
