My Inspire 3 will show a heart rate of 190 while I am just walking at a moderate pace on my treadmill. This leads to inaccurate zone minutes and calorie count. It slows right down if I take my hand off the safety bar. . It also show a very high heartrate if I am jogging on the spot. Any ideas how to get a better and more accurate reading?
