Inspire 3 won't track my heart rate accurately

Inspire 3 green light stopped working and now I get crazy heartrate fluctuations when sitting down.  The green light used to blink all the time even when not wearing it.  When that stopped, the crazy fluctuations started.  It was alarming at first until I checked it against an oximeter.  3 hours on support and no help.  I want a replacement as it is still under warranty, and no help.

Hi, @jdsan, welcome, may I suggest you check your Inspire 3 settings? From the clock face swiping down to "worn on wrist/clip". If it is set to clip HR is disabled set it to wrist. Swipe further down to settings>swipe up to Heart Rate and check the slider is in the "on" position. The green LED should be flashing but if the sensor is not receiving a reflected signal from your skin it will stop.

If you are not able to make progress talk to "Customer Support" again using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, they are the only people who can process a replacement unless you bought from a retailer with a robust returns policy.
