Inspire 3 wont turn on - vibrates when you put it on charge and then again when you hold the 2 buttons for 10secs, but nothing on the display. Have tried the helpline, been cut off twice - got up to the point of cleaning the contacts on the fitbit and the charger but not further - still doesnt work after doing this.
tried to go back through the ‘contact us’ but now not working. Any ideas? Thankyou ☺️

Hi, i didnt agree to call anyone back - i have no number to call anyone back on other than a USA number. Ive been trying to sort this out since midday today - now nearly 6 hours and theres an issue because the link im being sent wont let me log into my email address.
