My inspire 3 screen started showing broken displays and then the screen went completely dark after I tried pairing it with my android, I've tapped it twice and tried pairing again to no avail

Hi, @NiecyM, welcome to the community. Try restarting your Inspire 3 -
If this fails you should talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for prompt attention. Before starting the call make notes of the steps you have taken and the results so you can brief the agent quickly and clearly. You do not mention how long you have had your Inspire 3, you may have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty depending on where you bought your device. Make a note of where & when you bought your Inspire 3, the agent will need this information if you have a warranty claim.
