I've tried to update my Inspire 3, but it has failed, them a X with a red circle appeared and now it doesn't turn on. And it can't connect with the FitBit App to reset. How can I solve this problem?

Hi there, @Lhito. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is unresponsive. I will do my best to help you with this!
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Inspire 3 has run out of battery during the update. Note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive. This can happen during a firmware update (that is why we advise to fully charge your device before you begin the firmware update) or when the battery has been allowed to discharge completely or when. I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Inspire 3. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
Once you manage to charge your Inspire 3, please complete the update. If you continue having issues while updating your Inspire 3, please see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
