My inspire 3 has stopped vibrating when i receive a wots app message, have contacted customer service but still can't resolve. Also don't like the new app.

If the steps our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance. Since you have reported this matter to our Support Team and they already shared with you all the steps we could've also provided here, please note there's nothing left we in the community can suggest other than reaching out to our team again. Since you already have a ticket open with them so it will be easier to follow up.
As for the new Fitbit app, I appreciate your time in sharing your thoughts and feedback towards the new Fitbit app design. I understand how you must be feeling after this change.
Please note at the moment there's no way to revert the Fitbit app to the old design. I'd like to invite you to take a look at this post to get the most out of the new Fitbit app.
Also, I'd like you to check this blog to get more information about new updates coming soon to the Fitbit app.
