I am having that issue with my iPad and the iOS Fitbit app. With the iPad I go to the Bluetooth settings, delete the Fitbit device, go back into the app and then there is a message asking me if I want to pair with the device, I tap yes, and then another message asking me if I want to receive notifications from the Fitbit device and I tap yes and the app magically syncs with the Fitbit device. This is happening to me as I use an Android phone so I can look at the data offline as in not wasting the Inspire 3 battery by constantly syncing when I only want to look at the stats. And the Inspire 3 is not even paired with the phone! I wish Fitbit could get their ship together and fix these issues they have cause over the last few months.
