Hi, @KRNB , have you checked to make sure that you have reminders to move turned on in your app? From the opening, Today, screen of the app please click on the small icon top left (watch and smart phone). On the next screen make sure Reminders to Move (RTM) is turned on. If you click on Reminders to Move you can also set the times and days you want to be reminded. Be sure to sync your Fitbit after making any changes.
Please bear in mind that if you have already taken a total of 250 steps during the previous 50 minutes you will not receive an RTM at 10 minutes to the hour.
It is also worth checking that your Inspire 3 is not in do not disturb (DND) mode, as it will not vibrate if it is. This is a setting on the watch itself. From the clock screen swipe down to find the DND setting.
Could it be possible that you are missing the vibration because it isn’t strong enough? You can choose between “normal” vibrations and “strong” vibrations. You will find this on the settings menu (swipe down from the clock screen until you come to the settings menu, tap to open, and then swipe up to find vibrations. Tap to toggle between normal and strong). To return to the clock face squeeze the sides of your Inspire 3.
As a final step, I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart - that is always a first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not functioning as expected. Instructions for a restart are here .
Hopefully one of these suggestions will get your RTMs up and running again. Let us know how it goes, and welcome to the Community Forums!
