Inspire 3 zone minutes not correct after update

After the recent update, my Inspire 3 is not recording zone minutes correctly.

Same here. Hardly record's any some days. Doesn't record walks anymore or swimming.  It's basically a watch with a pedometer. 

I don't even bother looking at the stat's anymore.

I'm having the same problem.  I've followed the diagnostics to correct it but with no luck.  Super Frustrating!

I talked to Support and was walked through deleting my inspire 3 and reinstalling it, but I'm still having the same issues.  Zone minutes are often not being recording when exercising.  However, an exercise notice keeps popping up on the fitbit asking if I want to continue a certain exercise even though I've turned off that notification.  I also am getting text messages on my fitbit, even though I have that turned off.  So frustrated.

Me too! I'm getting absurdly high zone minutes. I got 258 today alone! I can see in the zone minutes chart for the week that I didn't seem to get enough on Monday, only 11, but today I got 37 while sitting on the toilet with intense activity, plus 3 at 3.01am and 4 at 8.38am while I was just laying in bed. Update.... it's also not auto recognising exercise. I've just walked 3 km and it's supposed to record exercise after 10 minutes. I'm really annoyed at this. So now my daily readiness score is gone saying I have to wear my watch for 7 days and at least 12 months of data has gone as well! I wear my device all the time so wtf Google?

Same here. I though it was me but zone minutes have dropped significantly since the update. Glad to see others having same issues.

This is a terrible version of firmware.  I hope fitbit fixes this soon.  Not only are my zone minutes not recording correctly, the device is no longer recognizing the exercises that I'm doing.  my swimming has turning into elliptical and the app won't let me correct/change the exercise.

Oh I'm happy I'm not alone with my frustration, let's hope this gets fixed soon! Previously I would easily get 20 to 30 active zone minutes on a brisk 30 min walk or doing household chores with the workout tracking on, now after vacuuming (and sweating) for 1,5 hours I got 0 AZM's! I have checked the heart rate zones, no wonder I'm not getting any minutes since the lower heart rate limit is now 114. At least for me that's already very heavy exercise. I really liked having my less intense workouts/walks/whatnot recorded, that encouraged being active. Tried setting a custom heart rate zone but it doesn't seem to connect with AZM's.

Something is wrong with this new update!  I am barely getting any zone minutes.  This affects my calorie burn which gives me less activity points on my WW app.

Same things are happening to me. No zone minutes. Constant exercise icons coming on and I have them turned off. Please fix these problems!

The feature is useless at this point - 25 minute workout shows 1 active zone minute. I ignore it. Time to look for better option.

My Inspire 3 is doing the same thing only with the steps and the Miles not syncing correctly. My app is saying one thing and my inspire is saying another. I dont understand because I have rebooted and disconnected both in order to reload and reboot and its still not working
