Hello,
my Inspire HR’s screen is black. I have tried to restart (hold the button until the smiley face) but nothing happens. I’ve checked my Fitbit app, It just says looking (usually it says synching or last synched).
Any thoughts?
I think this happened with my last two after two years as well. Is that how that the ‘lifetime’ of the watch?

Please try to change the clock face
In addition try to perform a restart one more time.
