Assuming you mean "Sensing", not "Sending", heck no.  I know of some scales using it to measure body fat but not aware of any activity tracker using it, at least certainly not Fitbits, except for 2 weight scale models no longer sold.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
