Hi Just bought and inspire and downloaded the app. But the app only ask me to log in, not create an account. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have tried to log in and ask for a new PW but none of these helps. Any clues?

Hi, @IndianaJones008, welcome to the community, may I suggest you return to the beginning, delete the app and restart your phone before reloading the app. You may find this video helpful (@ 1:52), let us know how you get on.

Yes, this is How We Did when I set up my watch. But in hers the only option is login 😞 still after deleting the app and switch off the phone

Hi, @IndianaJones008, allowing you have deleted the app & restarted your phone and still have this issue try clearing the cache & storage, deleting the app & restarting your phone. If this fails to move you forward I suggest you talk to"Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good idea to get your ducks in a row before calling them so you can brief the agent clearly.
