Last gave me a sleep score a week ago. Nothing since, though it’s tracking more than 4hrs a session. Is it because it’s a Fitbit & not a Google original product?

Same problem. Started a few days ago. I’ve tried everything Even deleting the app & re-downloading. Nothing changed.

@MickElson and @memaat here is a Help Article about the sleep score feature.
Are you getting sleep stages in the app? That would give a graph that looks like this:
You need sleep stages in order to get a sleep score. If you aren't getting sleep stages, it may be that your heart rate isn't being recorded. So, how does your heart rate data look?

After I connected my Fitbit to Google as instructed it appears it shifted my tracking to phone rather than my Inspired 3. I didn’t even know that was an option. After using Fitbit Chat, they helped figure out why my information and stats weren’t correct. Hopefully will continue to be back on track now.
