My wife's inspire 3 tracks many things, steps, heart rate, distance. Sleep, O2 & exercise.  It has been paired to the Fitbit app.

the Fitbit app will not show the widgets I listed above.  I went into the "Discover" tab and saw a few of these items.  It will not let me select them or open them. It tells me the watch must support these widgets.

The watch displays all of them and the app will not.

Need guidance.

is there a rep or web page that has more direct step by step guidance.

To be clear, are we talking about 2 different set-ups here?  Your wife has an Inspire 3 paired to her phone that is working well.  Now you also have a Fitbit, perhaps a Charge 2, that you are trying to use.  Is that correct?

Are you using a separate phone for your Fitbit?  Have you downloaded the Fitbit app on your phone, set up your own Fitbit account, and gone through the setup process?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
