After I was using the swimming feature and swimming in the pool for around 30 minutes, I was having trouble turning the Device on. I make sure it completely dry before I charge it. While it's charging it's vibrating every 10 seconds but the screen remains black and it's still unable to sync. Is this because a water damage?

Hi, @Haliluya welcome to the community, you should not have any problem swimming with your Inspire 3 (unless it has somehow been damaged) I've been using mine to swim 90 minutes daily in a pool for some time.
May I suggest you check the state of charge, in your Fitbit app on your phone "Today screen" swipe your finger down & release and note the value (%) next to the battery icon in the top right corner. You can restart your Inspire 3 How do I restart my Fitbit device? explains to process when the device is unresponsive.
