6 month old device will no longer charge and will not connect to my phone. I’m down to 40% battery. I’ve noticed some issues recently trying to get it to charge, and now I can no longer pair it or find it via Bluetooth. can anyone help? it’s the original charger that came with the device that I’ve been using all along. It’s always sitting on my dresser. I’ve never dropped it or damaged it in any way.
