I took advantage of the “free” Fitbit inspire 3 if i purchased the Premium plan. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is a piece of crap compared to my original Inspire 2. It doesn't have the correct time, it doesn't track sleep beyond the first couple of hours, it has wonky exercise stats and a whole bunch of other weird things. I have given the device a month to “learn” my patterns but it is still is giving me NO useful info (unlike the Inspire 2) how do I get a refund for this useless purchase???

Hi @Patsyduffy I've just gotten my Inspire 3 and it seems to work as well as any of my other Fitbit devices. It hasn't been a month yet for me.
The time comes from the smartphone you use to sync, so try syncing more often.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

this device is so bad - it turns on during the sleep in sleep mode!

@decebalus unless you turn the screen off or put it into sleep mode, you will see it light up when you move your wrist. Not sure if that is what you meant.

I can't get this piece of crap to sync to my phone. I have done everything suggested multiple times, have the right os on my phone. Very frustrating. I cannot get anything to sync. Last fitbit I will buy.

@Odyssey13 In usual sleep mode it turns on easily during my sleep. I put it in Water lock (with sleep mode on) - it lights up when i rotate wrist, so it turns on again during the sleep. I believe it is bad Google design.

@Odyssey13 some poorly speaking English person told that in water lock it cannot track sleep - it is False, it actually can (but still lights up occasionally). the customer support is useless as this tracker. forgot: on this website they confirmed it is only the options I mentioned. So again - **ahem**ic design, when they did not think through sleep process they claim they can track and improve. Garmin I had was much better - I bought fitbit just because I use Google products, unfortunately.
