I saw someone post a screenshot of this and I can't find this option within my app. I haven't opted for premium yet because I saw several people say they didn't see a big difference between free and premium versions. But now I'm wondering. Thank you.

Hello @babs8222 and welcome to the Community.  Yes, the sleeping heart rate is a premium feature.
