Hey everyone,
I just started using the Inspire 3 a few weeks ago, and lately I’ve noticed my sleep data has been kind of off. For the past few nights, it’s only been logging 2–3 hours of sleep, even though I know I slept for at least 6–7 hours. I haven’t changed any settings, and the device is snug on my wrist like always.
Has anyone else had this issue? I’m wondering if it’s a sensor problem or maybe something with the latest firmware update? Any tips would be appreciated — I’m trying to stay on top of my sleep goals and this is throwing things off.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, I have had this problem about my sleep pattern and duration. It certainly seems quite inaccurate as I often know I have had more sleep than Fitbit tells me I have. I have been using the watch for just over 3 months. I have also never had any warnings about my heart health even though I know my resting heart rate is low for my age and I do have a heart condition. I don't feel the Inspire 3 is enabling me to have faith in the accuracy of its claims.
