Is my Fitbit waterproof? Can I take it swimming?

Took it for the swimming pool. No problem. Took it off for sauna, as steam and heat could probably damage it. Thefe is a sport mode for swimming as well

@dDc22 It's nice to see you around. As mentioned above, Inspire 3 is water resistant up to 50 meters for use in the pool, ocean, shower or rain. 

Just make sure you're rising off the salt water after an ocean dip to prevent salt buildup. As with any other device you need to be careful and clean it every time you expose your Fitbit to soaps, shampoos, and conditioners, which can cause long-term damage to your device. We also don’t recommend wearing any of our devices in a hot tub or sauna.
