I've tried everything. I've disabled auto-detect for everything in the app, I've done the same thing in my Google account on my desktop, I've tried setting auto-detect to 90 minutes, nothing works. There must be a basic setting I'm missing, but I don't know what it is.

This is my question also. It is sooo annoying. I've disabled every exercise also, and it's STILL asking me do I want to end the exercise. I accidentally hit yes just now and had to restart quickly. Who asked for this option!?

Hi, @ayush0963 , welcome, if your device is recording walks have a look at this setting. On your Inspire 2 swipe left (or right) to & touch "Walk">swipe up x5 to auto start & turn it off. @Raysouth88 swipe up x6 to "Auto Stop" & turn it off.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers
