Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the sycing of your activities of your Inspire 3 and your Fittostrava app. Can you try the following steps, please?
- Reconnect your accounts and sync your Inspire 3
- Wait an hour and check for duplicate exercises
- Make sure you're recording GPS exercises
- Confirm you recorded a new exercise
- Export your data from Fitbit as a TCX file and upload it to Strava
Hi, Inspire 3 does not sync non GPS activities to strava by default, that's why I use FittoStrava.com, are you using this as well, it had some issues, it's fixed now, it's syncing activities between fitbit and strava.
