So my monthly membership on google store looks like it will renew itself next month. How do I activate the 6 month complimentary membership?

For my part I received an email just after the purchase telling me to log-in to activate my 6-months membership BUT I was not a Premium member before that. Make sure to look trough your emails from fitbit (if bought from fitbit.com) for activation.

If anyone has this soluition please let me know. I did the whole deal with this and got the year for like 20 bucks when i preordered thinking this is a heck of a deal, a year for 20 bucks plus the 6 months i get with the tracker. so my premium started the day i preordered on the 2nd but when i got it on the 13th i went to claim the 6 months and i cant figure out how to claim it and add it to my premium i already have.

@Nate1994 Do you have the Inspire 3 yet? I think once you get the device and add it to your Fitbit, the option should show up under the Premium tab. I'm not sure how it works with an existing Premium membership. You may need to cancel the current one (so it doesn't renew) in order to activate the offer with your Inspire 3. Again, I'm not 100% positive but just thought I'd throw that out there.

Hey Heather. So I've been wearing the Inspire 3 for a few days now. I've yet to receive any emails about activating the 6 month trial. I've already spoken to support and they advised me to cancel my premium membership and wait for something to pop up asking me to activate a free trial. Still haven't received anything yet. It does say my premium membership even though cancelled will still run until October 6th so perhaps once it reaches that date it will be fully cancelled and I will receive an email about the trial afterwards?

Yeah it is a little confusing how they did for existing premium users. I just assumed they would add the 6 months on top of our existing membership. I contacted support and they advised you need to cancel your existing membership and apparently you will receive an email about activating the free trial but I haven't hears anything yet.

No unfortunately I haven't got any emails about that. I've just cancelled my membership and it will run out on the 6th of October so hopefully by that time I might get an email about it.
