My kids were over the Ace 3 and decided to upgrade to the inspire 3. Come to find out once received that I could not set up under the child account. How do I migrate the child account to primary account so they can manage? +No need to connect to phone

Hello @Hustleismyfirst and welcome to the Community. There is a section in this Help article with the instructions on how to upgrade your child's account.
You child's Ace 3 will upgrade to an Inspire 2, not an Inspire 3. The Inspire 2 has a monochrome screen, not the color screen on the Inspire 3. Now that would be an upgrade!

@LZeeW Thanks for the insight and the welcome. They have in hand and do not want to return them, is there a workaround? Can I create new standalone accounts for them so they can manage their device and use the Inspire with the understanding that the data they have accumulated on the Ace will be lost.

@Hustleismyfirst I haven't done this personally. My children are adults and my grandchildren are too young. I also misread your post (my mistake). First, are your children old enough to have their own accounts? It is 13 an older in the US and many other countries. It can be 16 and older in some EU countries.
If your children are old enough to have their own accounts, then it's my understanding that you upgrade their kid to a standard account. This will keep their Ace stats. The Ace 3 becomes an Inspire 2. Then you can replace the Inspire 2 with the Inspire 3.
If your children don't meet the age requirements, they can't use an Inspire 3.
Sorry about misreading your initial post.
