Last 2 Fitbits Crapped Out Early

I've bought 3 Fitbits.  The first one worked great.  The last two worked properly for about 2 weeks before issues started.  The current Inspire 3 does not track going up and down steps, does not give me cardio credit for exercise, it gave me credit for 34 mins of exercise at 230 am when I was fast asleep - the list goes on.  Is there a tech support for these things - how do you get a refund.  Its getting frustrating.

@1957Classic you can contact Customer Support  for help with troubleshooting your Fitbit. If you purchased the device directly from Google they can help you arrange a return, if you are eligible. If you purchased it elsewhere, you can ask the seller about their return policy. 

Just so you know, the Inspire 3 does not have the hardware needed to track stairs. Stair tracking is not a feature of that device.
