Last Update bricked my Ispire 3 / Unable to reconnect

I had my Inspire 3 for 3 Days now. Last Night I updated the software.
This morning after A couple of our of it functioning properly it stopped syncing.
I tryied restarting the app, th ebluetooth, the phone, the inspire. Folowing the various suggestions online nothing worked.
I deleted the data from inspire 3, no success.

Once again restarted, app, bluetooth, phone, inspire. Doesn't connect.

Ho do I return it?

Hi, @Jrediens I am not completely clear from your post whether your Inspire 3 is still attached to your account.  When you open the app from the opening screen click on the small icon top left (phone and smartwatch).  On the next screen does it show your Inspire 3?  If so, definitely don’t remove/delete it from your account.

If the device screen does not show your Inspire 3 and instead just says add a device, I would recommend giving your Inspire 3 a good couple of hours charge and then a restart.  Immediately after the restart attempt to set it up from scratch.  Instructions here .  Sometimes this can take several restarts and retrys , but hopefully you will be able to get it reconnected.

(It can also help to keep the area as “clean” of other Bluetooth devices as possible - ideally move them out of range or turn off Bluetooth.  If your Inspire 3 shows in your phone’s Bluetooth devices but not in your Fitbit app then delete it from the phone connected device settings before re-set up.

Hi,

I went through all this except I might get a "cleaner from Bluetooth" area.

I also tried deleting the app, and resetting the fitbit. I lost every data I had before but I was hoping this would get it to work.

It had 97% charge when I started trying. And 100% by the end of it since I was trying while attached to the charger. I tried for several hours before posting.

Let's see if a full day detached. One extra restart and a Bluetooth free area might do the trick. Thanks for the suggestion.
