Lifetime steps

One of my favourite things about Fitbit was the lifetime steps. That doesn't seem to be available anymore, and it's a pity as I had accumulated nearly 60 million steps since I started the account in 2017.

So, I am wondering if it is worth moving to another fitness track. Does anyone have any recommendation for activity bracelets that keep a long-term record of your step count? Thanks.

Hello @Lalalalalalala and welcome to the Community.  You can still find your lifetime and best data by doing this:

  • Tap on your screen name to see your Community profile
  • Tap on the Go to Fitbit.com profile option

I’m nowhere near 60 million steps, but I’m close to 50,000 floors.  There’s no badge, but I’m definitely taking a screenshot of it.

Hello!

Thanks for your response, and helpful advice.

I have finally been successful in recovering my existing Fitbit account and taken a screencap of my step count (still a little under 60 milion but will reach it in a few weeks' time). Oh, I cannot upload it top the community (didn't realise screen captures break the rules), but the main figures are:

Lifetime Steps: 58,874,172

Floors: 72,058.

 Distance: 45,468.46 km.

The date and highest daily total is incorrect though as it I know I managed 50,000 steps on two days in 2017, but it gives a 2020 date when I reached 47,000..
