Losing steps, inaccurate calories burned and active mins

Hi, I'm a long term fitbit user, everything has been fine for me until yesterday.

I went for a run, forgot my Fitbit, and so added the run duration manually using the data my running watch provided.  This usually worked so didn't check it at the time, but if I now look for the stats for yesterday, the steps are accurate, but the calories are way, way, way more than I would have burned yesterday (would expect around 2000, shows 4000) and the active mins is really high (normally at around 130, now 400+).

Today, I walked the dog, noticed I was at about 5900 steps. Looked in the app, it's now showing 3900 steps, but that I have burned up 3.7k calories and 520 active mins. So it has lost steps and just like yesterday calories and active mins are way higher than they should be.

I've done a soft reset of my inspire, the only thing it did was wipe the 5900 steps it was showing before and instead shown 3900.

Would appreciate any help!

Thanks.

Did some Googling and was told to remove and re-add my device. It removed OK, I can't get my phone/app to recognise the tracker at all now. There have been lots of reboots, following lots of instructions. Now the Inspire refuses to pair.
