Losing sync with my fitness app

My fitbit is connected to my phone and also showing as connected to my trainerizee app but although my steps are registering on my fit bit it isn't syncing with the app.  Ive tried various restarts but still not working.  Any solutions suggestions gratefully received!  Thanks.
