Sorry forgot to add the photo in last post! I lost my Fitbit in the house I think and when I’m trying to sync nothing happening? Does that mean the Fitbit is in the house??

Hi @Shahina2104 The screenshot shows that your phone is looking for you Fitbit and trying to sync. Does the sync progress icon in the upper right stop spinning and does it say Looking where your image says Syncing... If so, your Fitbit is out of Bluetooth range. Please see this Help article as it has advice to help you find your Fitbit. What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
