I lost my Inspire 3 while on vacation a few weeks ago, on the last day. I used a Bluetooth app to look all over for it, but couldn't find it. We put in requests to Lost and Found, but never heard anything.
Meanwhile now, I'm getting weekly progress E-mails saying it is active. Is there any way to find out where it is or communicate with whoever has it to request to return it?

Hello @L453aj and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry, but Fitbit can't locate your device. I'm not sure how your Fitbit can sync data to your account, because it must be in Bluetooth range with your phone. Out of interest, do these emails show Fitbit activity? I just don't think it is possible.
I think you can report your Fitbit as lost or stolen by contacting Support. I've seen other posts where a user gets a message on the screen saying a Fitbit was reported lost or stolen.

Thank you for your response.
The FitBit email had "Here are your stats for Jul. 22 - Jul. 28" and it showed activity, 7330 steps, including a best day. We lost it around July 12.
I'll try with support.

I had a chat with Support, but they do not appear to be able to help. They said the following:

@L453aj I understand Support’s response about not being able to locate a user. I don’t understand how it can sync to your account if it’s out of Bluetooth range.
I think this will be a big mystery. Just out of curiosity, does your Fitbit app show a last sync time if you tap on your device/battery icon, then your Inspire 3 tile?
