I could not log in today and I couldn’t open app….said to cancel app and re load which I did ..still didn’t work until now and had to start from scratch…I’m mad because all my stuff was lost from years back!

Hi, @Bubbles12347, welcome to the community, you do not mention the make or model of your phone, I suspect you have an iPhone. You may have noticed an outage on the iPhone app on Thursday which was fixed after a few hours. I hope you have now been able to get your Inspire working again. I'm sorry if you have lost your valuable data.
The general point is that if you experience an outage of any kind it's well worth checking in this forum to see if anyone else has a similar issue. Another resource is DownDetector. Look for the Fitbit tile & set the country you are in at the dropdown at the top right. It's worth waiting a little while before resetting your device.
