I lost 4.2 million steps on 12/25/24. Also lost significant steps from 2023 and 2022. Contacted Fitbit via chat and they said it’s a known issue and to basically stop bothering them. Anybody actually think I’ll get that data back?  I work hard to get at least 6 million steps per year but this is pretty demotivating
