Earlier while taking a shower I noticed that my HR dropped into thes. Went back to look in the app and the lowest it shows on the graph is 62. I’ve noticed this before with higher HR also. Sometimes my watch will show my HR in the 140’s but when I go back to look at the graph for the day the range doesn’t go as high as what I saw on my watch.
Anyone have any insight on what might be going on & why my app isn’t correlating with what I see on my watch?

Hello @nokolbo1 and welcome to the Community. The heart rate graph shows an average heart rate over five minutes. A very brief heart rate reading will get smoothed out. The peaks are never as high and the valleys are never as low.
I don't think I would put much faith in a heart rate measured while showering. Water under the sensor can interfere with accuracy. I also want to point out that Fitbit recommends not wearing it while bathing. Soaps, conditioners, etc., can weaken the seals leading to device damage.
