Manually logged exercise disappears almost instantly

I had a swimming session yesterday, but my Inspire 3 detected rowing. I tried changing the type of exercise, but the app wouldn't let me, so I decided to delete the rowing and manually log my swimming.

Every time I add it, it disappears, sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes immediately.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. My device is new, I've had it for less than a week. This is really annoying, and any similar post on here is at least six months old and has no resolution. I'm starting to regret buying this new device.

I moved your post from the Charge 5 product help forum to the Inspire 3 forum since that's the device you say you have.

There is currently a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects logging manual exercises as well as editing completed exercises. Please see this thread (<-- click link) where the Moderator announced that a fix is rolling out in app version 4.41.

The app updates usually rollout in waves. Keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available to you.
